Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the billing accordingly.
The Free plan is available for 60 days from account creation, allowing you to track up to 10 emails per month. After 60 days, you'll need to upgrade to the Essential plan to continue using SentMailTracker. Essential plan also includes a 7-day free trial when you upgrade.
After 60 days, your access to SentMailTracker will be suspended until you upgrade to a paid plan. You'll receive email notifications before your trial expires, and we'll prompt you to upgrade to the Essential plan to continue tracking emails and accessing all features.

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
